Security warning for self hosted deployments
Critical vulnerabilities (CVE-2025-68613 and CVE-2026-21858 with CVSS 10.0) have been found in n8n and are actively exploited. Approximately 24,700 instances are exposed on the internet. If you self host, ensure you are running the latest version, use a reverse proxy with authentication, restrict network access via firewall rules, and monitor execution logs for unauthorized activity. If you lack the DevOps capacity for ongoing security maintenance, consider the managed cloud service instead.
